Five years ago, during a season of significant change, I was introduced to pure cacao for the first time. What began as a simple cup sparked a deep curiosity about where chocolate comes from, how cacao is grown, and the incredible people and communities behind it….
Since then, I've been privileged to learn from growers, visit cacao-producing communities, and build relationships with ethical farms whose values I deeply respect. That journey has shaped my passion for sourcing exceptional cacao while sharing its rich history, craftsmanship, and benefits.
Education and connection are at the heart of everything I do. My vision is to bring people together here in Cumbria to discover real cacao, learn where it comes from, support ethical sourcing, and experience the joy of sharing something truly special.

Cacao has been at the heart of my journey for many years. What began as a curiosity has grown into a deep appreciation for its rich history, nutritional benefits, and remarkable ability to bring people together. For me, sharing a cup of cacao is an invitation to slow down, be present, and create space for meaningful conversation and genuine connection.
Cacao & Connect was born from the belief that genuine connection is something we all need more of. As I discovered the beauty of ethically sourced cacao and the stories behind the people who grow it, I knew I wanted to create spaces where people could slow down, gather together, and share meaningful experiences. Through workshops, group gatherings, and immersive experiences, my hope is to inspire connection, celebrate real cacao, and educate others about its origins, craftsmanship, and the communities who make it possible.
