Five years ago, in the midst of upheaving my life — trusting fully that changing direction was the most aligned choice for my health and to uncover my fullest soul purpose — I took my first sip of this ancient medicine within a ceremony. In that moment, I came face to face with my inner child. The joy I experienced and the connection to my feminine essence was something I will never forget.
I knew immediately that this ceremony had been in my veins for lifetimes. The wounds of abandonment from my own family were replaced with the comfort of returning to the truest of mothers: Pachamama. Since then, the Dieta of Cacao has been a path of deep devotion — through pain, sorrow, liberation, and joy. Healing my womb and my heart became the foundation of my own journey.
Cacao is at the heart of what I do — she is my remembering to BE. Connection has been the link between it all, and from this, Cacao & Connect was born: a sacred space to share, learn, and flow with her medicine. Here, all can discover how cacao can support the body, enhance connection to the natural world and spirit, and nurture mental health.
Through years of apprenticeship, initiation, and learning, I am now the proud carrier of two unique ceremonial-grade cacaos from farms I am honoured to support. I have developed deep relationships with these cacaos, their spirits, the land, and their communities. It is a privilege not only to commune with and connect others to this medicine but also to honour its educational side — ensuring her preservation and sacred use for generations to come.

Cacao has been at the heart of my journey for years — a medicine of the heart, the womb, and the soul. Through Cacao, we can remember to BE, reconnect with our bodies, our inner wisdom, and the natural world around us. It is a portal into deeper presence, emotional release, and embodiment.
Cacao & Connect is the space I hold for you to experience this medicine fully — whether through 1:1 sessions, group ceremonies, or larger gatherings. Each offering is tailored to meet your needs, helping you open your heart, integrate your experiences, and align with your fullest truth.
All sessions are supported with health-focused preparation and integration guidance, ensuring you get the most from your experience physically, mentally, and energetically. Sessions are held online or in person (location dependent), and prices are offered on a sliding scale as I wish to make this as accessible as possible for everyone who needs her and hears the call. I will do my best to accommodate you.

The Journey of Devotion

For the deepest experience, sessions are best booked as a bundle of three ceremonies spaced over one month. This allows time for preparation, ceremony, and integration to unfold as a cohesive journey.
These offering bridges health coaching with ceremonial practice. While we still hold a foundation of wellness and nourishment, our focus shifts from external goals to the inner landscape — tending your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual self.
Every ceremony is a sacred collaboration between you, the spirit of cacao, and the intuitive practices I’ve cultivated through years of facilitation.
